1. Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Items that are damaged, used, or missing accessories will not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
Personalized or customized products.
Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions.
Innerwear, socks, or hygiene-related products for safety reasons.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number and a reason for return (attach images if the product is damaged/defective).
Our team will verify your request and arrange for return pickup (if applicable).
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund or replacement.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after return approval.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or variant, please place a return request first.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
