Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that it has not already been processed and shipped. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
- Cancellation Process: To cancel your order, please reach out to our customer service team via email at Email – support@zkids.shop or phone at +91 8959829244. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your communication.
- Refunds: If your order is eligible for cancellation and has not been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 10 to 15 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Shipped Orders: Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped. In such cases, you may return the items according to our returns policy outlined here.
- Exceptions: In rare circumstances, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason. If such a situation arises, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
- Changes to Orders: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to it. This includes changes to items ordered, shipping address, or payment method. If you need to make changes, please cancel your order (if eligible) and place a new one.
